Visit Monaco Intelligence privacy policy. How we handle your data, cookies, and third-party services.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 2026

Visit Monaco Intelligence (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website visitmonaco.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information about visitors to our platform, and how we work with third-party services that may process data in connection with your use of the site.

We are committed to handling your information responsibly and transparently. This policy is written in plain language. If anything is unclear, please contact us at privacy@visitmonaco.ai.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you submit our contact form, subscribe to our email newsletter, or otherwise communicate with us, you provide us with:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The content of your message or inquiry
  • Any other information you choose to include

We collect this information only for the purpose you provide it — to respond to your inquiry, send you the updates you requested, or process your request. We do not use it for purposes beyond what is described in this policy.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit visitmonaco.ai, our hosting infrastructure and analytics systems collect certain technical information automatically:

  • Your IP address (anonymized or truncated in analytics, as described in Section 4)
  • The pages you visit and the time spent on each page
  • The referring URL (the page you came from, if any)
  • Your browser type and version
  • Your operating system
  • Your approximate geographic location derived from IP address (country or region level)
  • Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)

This information is collected to understand how our platform is used, to identify technical issues, and to improve the quality and relevance of our content. It is not used to identify individual users or to build personal profiles.

1.3 Interactive Tool Inputs

Our interactive tools — the Residency Pathway Engine, Company Structure Comparison Engine, Real Estate Calculator, Events Pricing Tool, and Cost of Living Calculator — run entirely in your browser. We do not log or transmit the inputs you enter into these tools to our servers. All tool calculations are performed client-side and the inputs you provide remain on your device.

1.4 Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage for the following purposes:

  • Functional cookies: To remember your preferences (such as cookie consent status) and to maintain basic site functionality.
  • Analytics cookies: To collect anonymized usage data as described in Section 4 (Cloudflare Analytics).
  • No advertising or tracking cookies: We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking. We do not place or allow third-party advertising cookies on this site.

When you first visit the site, you will be presented with a cookie consent notice. You may accept or decline non-essential cookies. Declining analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use any feature of the site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To provide and improve the platform. Usage data helps us understand which content is most useful, identify broken links or technical issues, and prioritize new content development.

To respond to inquiries. When you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond. We do not add contact form submitters to our mailing list without explicit consent.

To send requested updates. If you subscribe to our email briefing, we use your email address to send those communications. Each email includes an unsubscribe link.

To process referral connections. If you click through to a referral partner via a tracked link, we share minimal identifying information (the fact of the click and associated anonymized session data) with the referral partner for the purpose of attributing the referral. We do not share your name or email address with referral partners unless you explicitly initiate contact with them and provide that information yourself.

To comply with legal obligations. We may retain and disclose information where required by applicable law or valid legal process.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

The following third-party services are integrated into visitmonaco.ai and may process data in connection with your use of the site:

3.1 Web3Forms

We use Web3Forms (web3forms.com) to process contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form, your form data (name, email, message, and any other fields you complete) is transmitted to Web3Forms’ servers and then forwarded to our inbox. Web3Forms’ privacy policy is available at web3forms.com/privacy.

Web3Forms processes data on servers located within the European Union / United States. We do not store contact form submissions on our own servers beyond the copies delivered to our email inbox.

3.2 Cloudflare Analytics

Our site is served through Cloudflare’s network and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for usage statistics. Cloudflare Analytics is a privacy-first analytics solution that does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not fingerprint users. IP addresses are anonymized before any data is stored. Cloudflare Analytics complies with GDPR without requiring cookie consent for analytics data collection.

For more information on Cloudflare’s data practices, see Cloudflare’s privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

3.3 Google Fonts

This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests a font file, Google’s servers process your IP address as part of the standard HTTP request. Google Fonts serves files from a CDN with a privacy-focused configuration that does not log individual requests for purposes beyond CDN operation. For more information, see Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

If you prefer not to load fonts from Google’s servers, you may block requests to fonts.googleapis.com using browser extensions or your network’s DNS filtering — the site will fall back to system fonts.

3.4 Chart.js CDN

Interactive charts on this site load the Chart.js library from a content delivery network (cdnjs.cloudflare.com). This is a JavaScript library file, not a tracking or analytics service. No personal data is transmitted to CDN providers as part of library loading beyond standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, browser type) that is inherent to any HTTP request and is not retained for tracking purposes.

3.5 Email Marketing

If you subscribe to our email newsletter, your email address is stored with our email service provider. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by emailing privacy@visitmonaco.ai. Upon unsubscribing, your email address will be removed from active distribution within 10 business days.

4. Data Retention

Data TypeRetention Period
Contact form submissions (inbox)2 years from receipt
Email newsletter subscriptionsUntil unsubscribed + 30 days

To exercise any of these rights, please contact privacy@visitmonaco.ai. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area and believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we collect against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. These measures include:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
  • Restricted access to operational systems
  • Use of third-party services with established security practices (Cloudflare, Web3Forms)

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. While we take data protection seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you become aware of any data security issue affecting our platform, please notify us at privacy@visitmonaco.ai.

7. Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at privacy@visitmonaco.ai and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we handle your data.

9. Contact for Privacy Inquiries

For any questions, concerns, or requests relating to this Privacy Policy or our data practices:

We are committed to resolving privacy concerns promptly and in good faith. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate to your relevant data protection authority.
